A sustainable neighbourhood at the foot of the mountains
On the banks of the Drance and in the middle of the fields, this sustainable wood-concrete structure district offers a ydillic setting at the entrance to Martigny.
The buildings rest on a semi-underground car park, allowing tenants to enjoy the outdoor facilities without vehicles.
Buildings in tune with the times
In terms of construction, the external load-bearing walls are sandwich walls in wood and fermacell, with a ventilated façade in pre-aged wooden slats. In the central cores, the walls are made of concrete in order to work with seismic. The slabs are composed of prefabricated BLC (Glued Laminated Wood) slabs and a concrete compression slab.
