An interior renovation at the heart of Biopôle
Located on the Biopôle campus in the municipality of Épalinges (VD), the METIO II project involved the complete refurbishment of an interior office floor. The existing layout was entirely demolished prior to the construction of the new space.
The project also included a full renovation of the sanitary facilities: new tiling, suspended sanitary fixtures and lighting were installed. A kitchenette was integrated into the new layout, featuring custom-made furniture and pendant lighting, providing teams with a welcoming break area. Finally, the central circulation area leads to a series of glass-partitioned meeting rooms, developed as part of the complete restructuring of the floor.
