Project Characteristics

This project involves the complete fit-out of the 2nd floor of the Leucine building for Atinary Technologies. It covers a 480m&sup2; space comprising offices and open-plan areas, meeting rooms, a kitchen and dining area, restrooms, and a relaxation zone. The aim is to create a functional and ergonomic environment that fosters collaboration and user comfort. Particular attention has been given to coordinating with the existing MCR systems (e-bus) and integrating ventilation systems to ensure optimal air quality. The design prioritizes natural light through full-height glazing and glass doors, along with acoustic performance and space modularity to meet the company's evolving needs.

Located within the PULSE building in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne (VD), this corporate dining space underwent a complete interior fit-out within an existing building, covering an area of 890m&sup2;. The careful selection of materials and furniture helps create an atmosphere that is both elegant, warm and welcoming. Furniture, tables and chairs in light oak tones, wood wall cladding, custom-made lighting fixtures and floral arrangements come together harmoniously to offer a contemporary and refined dining setting.

A high-end corporate restaurant

This dining space was designed to adapt to all types of use. Modular by nature, it can be transformed from a dining hall into a genuine reception venue for events, thanks to an integrated audiovisual system and a movable partition, offering a capacity of up to 100 people for internal or external receptions. A convivial bar area, featuring high chairs and wooden shelves equipped with power outlets, allows guests to enjoy a meal overlooking the Lausanne countryside or to settle in for informal work. In addition to the restaurant's professional kitchen, a self-service area has been set up to offer a flexible and independent dining solution. Refrigerators, display cases, chilled bins and automated payment systems allow everyone to help themselves and pay for their purchases with ease, according to their preferences and at their own pace.

Located at the entrance to Lausanne, this administrative building from the 90s has been completely transformed in terms of its fa&ccedil;ade. After the removal of the existing double skin, an insulated stainless steel fa&ccedil;ade with an avant-garde design made the project MINERGIE.

Located on the outskirts of the medieval city of the municipality of Estavayer-le-Lac (FR), the La Prillaz project is the realization of a district plan divided into 8 Sectors. The construction of the C3 sector started in February 2021 and the delivery of the 1st buildings took place in May 2023.

A large-scale project

Sector C3 of the Prillaz district is the nerve centre of the district. As such, it is equipped with activity premises that enliven the life of the district. The area includes a dentist, a physiotherapy centre, a nursery, a restaurant and a self-service grocery store.

On the banks of the Drance and in the middle of the fields, this sustainable wood-concrete structure district offers a ydillic setting at the entrance to Martigny.&nbsp;
The buildings rest on a semi-underground car park, allowing tenants to enjoy the outdoor facilities without vehicles.

A sustainable neighbourhood at the foot of the mountains

In terms of construction, the external load-bearing walls are sandwich walls in wood and fermacell, with a ventilated fa&ccedil;ade in pre-aged wooden slats. In the central cores, the walls are made of concrete in order to work with seismic. The slabs are composed of prefabricated BLC (Glued Laminated Wood) slabs and a concrete compression slab.
