This project involves the complete fit-out of the 2nd floor of the Leucine building for Atinary Technologies. It covers a 480m² space comprising offices and open-plan areas, meeting rooms, a kitchen and dining area, restrooms, and a relaxation zone. The aim is to create a functional and ergonomic environment that fosters collaboration and user comfort. Particular attention has been given to coordinating with the existing MCR systems (e-bus) and integrating ventilation systems to ensure optimal air quality. The design prioritizes natural light through full-height glazing and glass doors, along with acoustic performance and space modularity to meet the company's evolving needs.

On the outskirts of Lausanne, within the Provencenter building, the renovation of Bosredon SA's new offices represented a significant challenge: integrating exposed technical systems imposed by the existing structure while delivering a resolutely modern and refined space. Challenge met — far from weighing down the atmosphere, the ducts, networks, and installations blend subtly into a carefully designed setting, becoming almost decorative elements in their own right. The result: offices where technical constraints fade into the background, giving way to an elegant and contemporary atmosphere that fully reflects the image of a forward-looking company.

Located on the Biopôle campus in the municipality of Épalinges (VD), the METIO II project involved the complete refurbishment of an interior office floor. The existing layout was entirely demolished prior to the construction of the new space. The project also included a full renovation of the sanitary facilities: new tiling, suspended sanitary fixtures and lighting were installed. A kitchenette was integrated into the new layout, featuring custom-made furniture and pendant lighting, providing teams with a welcoming break area. Finally, the central circulation area leads to a series of glass-partitioned meeting rooms, developed as part of the complete restructuring of the floor.
